MaKinley's First Aggie Football Game

We have a standing rule in our family that once you turn three you get to attend your first Aggie football game. We have been taking the kids to college station since they were babies, but they don't get to go to a game till they are more or less potty trained and have a little longer attention span.

We were so excited when Uncle Andy called and invited all of us to attend the A&M vs. Nevada game last Saturday with him, Uncle Travis and Aunt Brittany. I was extremely excited that MaKinley was going to get to go to her first game.

The game was an 11:00 game, so we left Saturday morning about 6:00. We wanted to make sure that we got to College Station in time to go to a tent sale and then make it to the stadium in time to watch march in.  The kids really enjoy the game and actually made it through the whole game.

After the game Zachary wanted to see Fish Pond, where they take the Yell leaders after an Aggie win. It was quite a long walk but the kids did great.

After Fish Pond we headed to the MSC to get a drink and meet up with Ryan's teacher Mrs. Pate from 1st grade. After visiting for a while it was time to head back to the car to grab some dinner and then head back home to see our little man Caiden who stayed back and got to have a day with Grandma all to himself.
