More Soccer Happenings

Soccer is in full swing now and we are about half way through our season. Both boys are enjoying it and improving a lot.

As much as I love watching them play I can't wait to be able to sleep in on Saturdays again. It seems like this year, we have had an 8:00 game almost every Saturday. I guess in a way it is preparing me for when Caiden get here and having to get up early all the time, but right now I would really just love to sleep in on a Saturday.

Here are some pictures from the latest game.

Ryan's Soccer Party

Well, another soccer season has come to a close. It was a great season and we had a great team. All the kids improved as the season went. We may have not won a lot of games, but they all played with heart and had fun!!

Ryan had a great season. After watching him this spring season, he definitely is going to make a defender as he grows up. He did improve, but we still have a ways to go before fall season rolls back around. But from the time he has started soccer he has done nothing improve and that is all we can ask for. He plays with his heart and soul and that will make him a good player as the years go on.

Our soccer party was held at the Iron Horse. They have a nice patio area with a playscape that the kids had a blast playing on while the adult got to visit.

As much as I am glad that the season is over and we can have our Saturday's back. I can not wait for fall season to come and we will have 2 soccer players in the family.

It's Soccer time Again!!

This is the first time we are playing Spring soccer. We have 4 of the same players from our fall team. Ryan is really enjoying it and is having a lot of fun. Chris and Coach Brad are their coaches again and  the boys really enjoy having them coach them. I am hoping we will continue to improve over the season and Ryan will continue to enjoy the sport.

We have a tennis player

Zachary started tennis lessons this past Tuesday.

Since Ryan is playing soccer, I figured this would be something good for Zach to do since he can not play soccer, yet.

He absolutely loves it. And I am hoping it will help him to focus more on paying attention to things in front of him and work on his hand eye coordination.

Bobcat's Soccer Party

It is so hard to believe that another season of soccer has ended!! I have to say that it went by super fast this year. We had such a good team and it was so neat to see how much they have grown and changed since last year!!

Our party was suppose to be at Iron Horse, which is a local owned Hamburger place that has a playscape for the kids to play on, but the day of the party the weather turned cold and it had to be moved to Peter Piper Pizza. I know the kids were glad about this change, while the parents not so much.

The kids did have fun and it was nice to get to visit with the other parents.
