MaKinley Glitter Pictures

A few weeks ago Sallie, our photographer, was holding mini glitter sessions and I just knew I need to do this with MaKinley. I am so glad I did!! The pictures turned out absolutely adorable and I can not wait to hang them up in her room!!!

Happy Valentine's Day

So this year we kept Valentine's Day low key. That morning we got up and made our Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Rolls. These have become our special Valentine's Day breakfast. We only make them on Valentine's Day. 

While we were waiting for the cinnamon rolls to bake, we let the kids open up their Valentine's cards and goodies. After everyone read their cards we ate breakfast and then got ready to head to church. After church we headed to Grandma and Pawpaw's to pick up Caiden and the kids got some more goodies from them. Then it was home to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and cook up a special dinner of steak, salad and sweet potatoes. 

Once the kids were in bed I was able enjoy with out interruption my chocolate covered strawberries. It was such a nice relaxing day after such a busy week getting back from our trip, Fat Tuesday and the Rodeo.
