After eating breakfast and getting all layered up we were ready to head back to Keystone to hit the slopes together for the first time. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. All I knew was that once I got up there there was only one way down and that was a little intimidating. We hit the bunny slopes first just to practice a little more and get our bearings for the day. Then we head to the ski lift to head up the mountain.
The view from on top of the mountain was amazing. Then we started to make our way down. It was fun and I took it slow and I only fell one time. I was super proud of myself, since this was my first time skiing. Chris even fell a time or two.
Once we made it to the bottom I was having trouble with my one knee that I hurt back in high school, it was getting later in the afternoon and we really wanted to do some exploring of the towns around us. So we headed back to the condo to get cleaned up and head out to do some exploring.
Our first stop was to grab some lunch. The whole time we had been planning this trip all Chris kept talking about was the Dam Brewery in Dillon. So that was our first stop. I have to say the food was amazing!! We were both so full once we were all done eating. And the drinks were good too.
After eating we took off to do some sight seeing. We ended up making a big loop around, but the sights were amazing. From Dillon we went to Silverthorn to Breckenridge to Keystone and then back to Dillon. On our way from Breckenridge to Keystone we come upon a lookout point in the White River National Forrest. One direction you could see the slopes at Breckenridge and the other direction you could see back towards Dillon. The view from there was so awesome.

After we got back to condo we were still full from our late lunch, so we just snuggled in and watched movies by the fire for the rest of the night.
