Packing, Packing, and more Packing

So the option period on our house has come and gone and it looks like everything is good to go. So now my days are consumed with packing, packing, and more packing. Back when we decided to put the house on the market we took a bunch of stuff to storage, but we still had a lot left at the house. Over the past week Chris has cleaned up the outside stuff, because again we were suppose to get more cold weather.

 Then last Sunday, Nana and Papo came up for the day to help us pack up more of the inside of the house. I do have to say while we do make good progress, I still feel like we are going to run out of time and be scrambling to get it all out. Since, it is so hard to get stuff done after work and we are suppose to close the day after Thanksgiving we are trying to be out of our house by the 24th of November.

Also we have signed the contract on the new house and our 10 day option period began on the 18th and the close date for the new house is set for December 19th. So since we will not be able to get into the new house after closing on the old house, Chris' brother Tim has offered for us to stay with him since he just bought a 4 bedroom house and he lives by himself.

Also we have been able to get Ryan set up to attend the new school that is in our neighborhood, when he goes back after Thanksgiving break. So I am hoping since there is a break, it will make the transition easier.
