This year for Ryan's birthday, instead of a party we took him to an Aggie game. Both boys have been lucky to attend Aggie games for their birthday. Since the game was a late game, we had all day to tailgate. Some good friends of our have season tickets and were not able to attend, so we were able to buy there tickets and parking pass. Also Uncle Andy was unable to go, so he gave us his tickets too. So Ryan, Zachary, Uncle Timmy, our friend Brian, Chris and I all went to the game. MaKinley got to stay with Grandma and Pawpaw. We had a really good time tailgating and visiting with other Aggies around us. Ryan in his typical fashion made friends with all the kids around us and had fun playing with them.
When it was time for the game the weather started to turn cold. We had a great time at the game, but the boys soon got tired and cold and with the Aggies so far ahead we left early and was able to finish watching to game from our nice warm hotel room.
The next morning the boys requested Denny's for breakfast. Thankfully it was right next to our hotel room. After breakfast we headed home for Ryan to have a couple of friends over for his birthday!! He invited 2 friends that he went to Mother's Day Out with and his friend Brynden. They all had fun playing.
I have to say it was nice to have a small little get together and celebrate just as a family and not have to stress about having all the supplies and food and stuff.
