This past Saturday, Daddy went to play in a golf tournament with Pawpaw, Uncle Danny, and Uncle Timmy. So while they were gone we called up Grandma to see if she would like to join us in a day of fun!!!
We started our day with a trip to the Farmer's Market. This was our first time to go and we had lots of fun. The boys picked out some nice fruits and vegetables for us to enjoy.
After dropping off our goodies at Grandma's house, we headed to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch. This was the first time for the kids to go. They had such a good time feeding and seeing all the different animals. MaKinley really loved the giraffes. It you remember from a few post back when we visited the Dallas Zoo and she loved feeding the giraffes. I am beginning to think that giraffes are her favorite animal.
When we were done driving through the Ranch we went to the little petting zoo area they have there. The kids all loved petting the little goats and even feeding some.
Soon it was time to head back and get some lunch. We took lunch back to Grandma's house so the kids could eat and play. We were getting ready to leave, when daddy called to say they were done with their tournament and were headed back our way. So we decided to stick around till daddy got back.
We all had a such a great day. And I know that the kids really enjoyed all their activities that we did with Grandma.
