SA Children's Museum

Last week we meet up with some friend from San Antonio for lunch on the Riverwalk and the Children's Museum. I had bought a group-on on while back for the children's museum and it was about to expire so I really need to take the kids and use it.

They had a blast at both places. It was a little chilly on the Riverwalk that day, but the kids did not seem to mind one bit. They had fun waving at the people on the boats and feeding the ducks.

After lunch we headed to the museum. As you walked in they had this ball with tubing that would send the ball up to this bucket and then the bucket would open and dump the balls on your head. The kids really enjoyed that. After playing in the ball area we checked out what else they had to offer on the first floor. There was painting, a construction truck you could ride in and also a tot area for the little ones to play. After checking it all out we head up to the top floor where they had an airplane you could sit in and pretend to fly and a control tower. They also had a music area and an area to read and put on plays. On the bottom floor, they had a big HEB grocery store, a water table, and a big area with foam blocks you could build with. The kids had fun doing all these thing and before we knew it it was time to head back home. It was so nice to see are friends and catch up with them. I just wish Daddy could have joined us.

The kids had so much fun they all slept on the way home.
