Yesterday our neighborhood hosted our National Night Out. The official National Night Out is not till Tuesday, but I am so glad they held it this weekend.
So after MaKinley and Caiden woke up from their naps, we loaded them up in the stroller and headed down to the common area. We are so grateful for those who put this all together. They had a petting zoo, jumpy castles, sno-cones, pizza and drinks. Then the fire truck came for the kids to climb in and check out. That evening they were also going to be showing a movie, but the Aggies were playing so we did not go back for that.
The kids had a blast and even saw some friends from school. Like I said we are so grateful for those who took the time to put this all together. It was so nice seeing neighbors we already knew and meet new ones.
