Date Night with Zachary

A week ago I took Ryan out for a little date night and now it was Zachary's turn. Zach is a little harder to plan a date night for. He does not like to sit still and has a short attention span. So our date went a little different, but was right up his alley.

We started out with dinner at Cheddar's (his pick). Was very surprised when it came time to order, that he wanted ribs. I was even more surprised when he ate all of them. And of course we had to order dessert!!!

After dinner we headed to Costco, to stock up on the essentials we would be needing for school. Like I said it was not quite what someone would want to do on a date, but he totally enjoyed it. He got to pick out what snacks we would get and helped get the stuff that we did need. When we were done at Costco we headed to HEB. He again was my little helper. He really enjoyed getting to act like the big kid and helping like Ryan does when he is with us.

When we were headed home he said that it was the best date ever!!! I am hoping that we can do this every other month or so. I really enjoyed it and I know he did too.
