Aunt Brittany's Graduation

This past weekend we headed down to Corpus Christi for my brothers fiance graduation. We started our trip Friday after Chris got off of work. I have to say it was a rough start to our weekend. I had been running a fever since Tuesday night and even after getting antibiotics for a sinus infection I was still running a fever.

We got to Corpus around 9 o'clock and after stopping at Target to get water and size 2 diapers for MaKinley, because size 1 were already to small for her, we headed to the hotel to go to bed so we could get up early for graduation.

Graduation was nice. Brittany got her degree in Accounting. After Brittany walked across the stage Papo and Daddy took the boys outside to walk around. They had lots to look at being we were right on the water. After graduation we had lunch at Landry's with Brittany and all her family.

When were done eating lunch we head back to the hotel to change so we could change clothes and head out to a coffee shop to meet up with our college friends TJ and Megan. It was so nice to see them and meet their kids and watch all the kids play. We have not seen them since December 2008. It was so nice to catch up.

After talking for a while we headed back to the hotel, because I was not feeling well again. While I laid down with MaKinley for a while, Daddy took the boys to the indoor swimming pool to swim for a while. When Nana and Papo came back to swim with the boys they took MaKinley with them so I could rest. Once they were done swimming we order some food from On the Border and ate in the hotel room so I could rest.
